They are coming at a more frequent pace nowadays ... the closer I get to August and 80, the more moments I have!
I'm echoing Marie's comment -- often we get stuck on hold for SO long it's challenging to remember what we called for. Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it, at any rate. :-D
These are getting a bit more frequent, usually with peoples names in my case.God bless.
One of the few good reasons for speaker-phones is to turn it on and do other things while waiting on hold...
