Will that last until Thanksgiving on Monday? (Or maybe Sunday, if you have dinner then.) I would eat the filling (not a fan of crust) for breakfast, topped with real whipped cream, of course. (Have done many times in the past, though not for the past few years, being sugar and dairy-free.)
That's a big pie! In the old days, I could have eaten that in one sitting; now, in three - maybe two if I am feeling peckish. A sad diminution of my powers...
Man, that IS a bog pie and one of my favorites! I could (used to) eat half if I hadn't anything else before hand. Like John, I too have a sad diminution of my powers as well.
